Also the split action at the beginning is right out of Kerr’s playbook he might owe Encyclopedia Brittanica some royalties :lol:

From a teaching standpoint, it's very overly technical for the simplest of things and would actually in some cases make it harder with too much detail. One doesn't need explanation of not stiffening your arm when catching a ball after you're like 3 years old.

Of course sports develop and change, so it's cool to see how every training and teaching is so different.
