Tuesday 3/25 NBA Game thread

Post#1 » by Ruma85 » Tue Mar 25, 2025 4:30 pm

Yesterday we had some interesting games, a game winner, upsets, anyway lets see what today brings us.

- first game we are starting off with is the impressive Detroit Pistons who are half game behind the Bucks for the 5th seed, they will be
going up against the Spurs who are continue to see which pieces are going to fit for next season.

- Next we have the Orlando Magic who are on there 2nd night of back to back, after an impressive win against the Lakers, they should
have an easier time against the Charlotte Hornets, but who knows right?

- Up next we have the New York Knicks playing against the Mavericks, got to wonder which team will show up today for them, they
seem to want to make a push for the play-in

- As we head down to the middle of games on this day, we have an entertaining one, when the Warriors will come to down Florida, to
Battle Jimmy Butler's former team the Miami Heat

- The Hawks will go up against Houston, are hoping to win today to make it 4 in a row, as the Rockets are looking to keep the 2nd seed
until the end of the season

- Another game we have is the Utah Jazz, who show what they are made of, when they play there full line ups, they will do battle
against the 5th seed Memphis Grizzlies who are trying to grab that 4th seed from the Lakers, this could be sneaky game tonight.

- Next with the potential the game of the night, are the Portland trail blazers, who are playing hard to get into the play-in, they be up
against the best team in the east, The Cleveland Cavaliers.

- Last game of the day will be Sacramento, the team that just about got blown out against the Celtics last night, have to play again tonight
against the team with the best record in the league the Oklahoma City Thunder, who are continue to have such an impressive run so
far.

Enjoy the games & your Tuesday.

It's disgusting but I'm picking the Heat to pull off the upset tonight, think they'll play with a little bit of an edge.

This would be a cool website, users can pick each game and keep track of their record. I use one like this for MMA fights called tapology but I don't believe one exists for the NBA.

Should be an emotional game between the Warriors and the Heat.

How is that a foul by Highsmith on Kuminga? Even after a coach challenge? Clearly just pinky touch on arm. :noway:

Gotta feel good so far if you’re the Heat. Up 17 at the half, Jimmy 2 points 1/6.

For all the talk about how strong and deep the West is, there is only two teams in that conference that can realistically win the chip, OKC and Denver.

Everyone else is just too inconsistent/has flaws in their roster and or coaching.

Sasser is an interesting player.

Pistons fans, is he part of your future or going to be trade bait ? I feel like he could get more minutes elsewhere at a team that has a lack of quality guard depth (like the Knicks)

Right because Denver if anything are consistent.
