Are the Bulls back?

They look like an entirely different team since the trade deadline and so far it’s looking very sustainable.

What’s your outlook on Chicago?

They’re just fun to watch. Need to get rid half the roster still

I think they are on the come up but they need to continue making smart moves next year.

It's been around 7 years of horrible decision making so it would be great for them if this trend changes.

Did anything in Bulls management change recently?

Between bad teams tanking and good teams getting themselves lined up for the playoffs there's a generally softer level of competition late in the season. That combined with a hot streak has Chicago looking good for now.

Not really true. It's just Vuc & Williams that should be moved on but everyone else has their place.

Zach Lavine being thrown away was such a massive boost for them and now they can focus on the right direction. White/Giddey/Huerter seems to have a strong link let Buzelis develop as he is doing get a C that can fill a similar role to Vuce but more defense.

Ehhh, they have a cornerstone with Giddey, they still need a lot though.

But they finally have a player worth building around.

No. The team still lacks a franchise player + good interior defensive players.

Very fun to watch lately though.

You and I define franchise player very differently.

Giddey has been very good lately, but he can't be the best player on a team with championship aspirations.

I think you can make a case for him being the court commander of the team, ala Nash, Stockton.

Sigh. This is why we never properly tank. We try to make the 9th seed for no reason, get fooled into thinking we are good because a role player like Mirotic pops off, get the fourteenth pick and suck ass again. Rinse and repeat.

Giddey season PER- 18.
:o LeBron is 0-7 in game winning/tying FGs in the finals. And is 20/116 or 17% in game winning/tying FGs in the 4th/OT for his career. That's historically bad :o

2-9 and went up in position that’s how bad the East is.

But at the same time we went 4-2 against playoff contending teams in the stronger western conference and they games we lost we’re still close.

Peaking at the right time and committing to play a certain way.

If the Bulls do, you would be complaining to much to ever hear it.

NBA fan logic we need to trade one of two best players because (Player X) one needs to shine more.

Back to where they were 30 years ago?

They have a lot of work to do.

Haven't the Bulls been a borderline playoff/play-in team for several years now?
