Need a center and another defensive minded wing. You never want to see your team lose, but it's really not a big deal. Mid season trade for Luka, and we're still a few pieces short. It happens. Congrats to minny they best us. A few tweaks here and there and I believe we're back in the mix next year. Maybe Jj can add another defensive minded assistant coach to the staff also.

The exact problem everyone saw was going to be a problem, was a problem.

But still got Luka, so still a successful season.

Let's see Pelinka work his magic. He punted this season when he rescinded the Mark Williams follow up trade, so let's hope he's got more time and options this summer to round out the roster.

We'll see how much wiggle room he has to work with with LeBron rejigging his contract to see if we can fit everyone into the cap.

Reaves for Giannis?

Kleber for 2011 Dirk reincarnated?
Bronny for SGA?

Lots of options for the Lakers this off-season.

If LBJ can stay this good next season, and they get a good center under rookie contract (Mark Williams level) using future picks, they will be a TOP3 contender in 2026 (one single decent bench player is also needed).

They just upgraded him to POBO and signed him to a multiyear extension less than two weeks ago.
