May be worth it to look at the over on SGA FT attempts for those that do sports betting.

I really don't like the look of OKC for such a stacked squad. Just look like they need SGA to bail them out with heroball, nobody else able to create shots when the heat is on.

League had to bring in the fixer to stop Jokic.

Silver pulling out the big guns. Scott Foster is on the court after being absent for almost 2 months. SGA 20 FTs incoming.

Jokic benefited a lot more from the whistle in the last game than Shai, so if they are calling more it’s likely not an OKC benefit.

Jokic 'benefited'? He was getting fouled so much without calls that he was picking up frustration fouls himself

There was a handful of possessions where defender has their whole arm around his waist that result in no foul call...blatantly illegal defense.

I don’t think it’s right to say he benefited. I think he’s just physically unmatched by anyone on OKC. There were many plays where he just shrugged everyone off and got to his spot. Maybe I’m biased but from my eyes there was a lot of “mauling” going on from OKC defenders because they’re physically overmatched. Felt similar with Gordon and and to a lesser extent Braun.
With Murray and Porter on the other hand it feels like they’re in handcuffs and can’t get anything going because they don’t have the burst to get by OKC’s feisty and fast defenders.

No he didn't benefit more, you guys just fouled him a lot more than we fouled SGA. Big difference.
Foster was part of Tim Donaghys inside circle, the ref that fixed games in the early 2000s

I always love the "it's rigged in this 1 game if a certain outcome happens but not the rest of the time and not if the team I'm rooting for wins" pre-game excuses.
Bad news for yall, if game 2 is rigged, then game 1 was rigged
Good news for yall, the games aren't rigged

Yeah it's usually just chirp from the professional agitators though, nobody serious.

I'm not saying NBA is rigged but Scott Foster has a very shady history even past probably fixing games with Tim Donaghy back in the day and is known to play favoroites. Highlighted by his playoff streak whenever Chris Paul was playing for one of the teams that day. Paul is 2-17 all time in playoffs when Foster refs, very much off from his career .500+ record. Forster very much hated Paul and this got aired out very publicly a few years ago.

Oh to live in a world where you can ignore things like this:
Foster is the official who received 134 phone calls from disgraced referee Tim Donaghy between October 2006 and April 2007, as originally reported by FOX News. That was the same period during which Donaghy admitted to betting on NBA games. The report said that Donaghy called Foster more than any other ref and that he didn't call any other official more than 13 times.
The records also showed Donaghy making several calls to Foster on the days of games, generally for no more than two minutes.
The report also said that when Donaghy called Foster, he mostly used the phone that he dedicated to gambling-related phone calls, and the phone calls stopped abruptly when Donaghy said he stopped gambling.
Here's a stat from 2022:
Re: The “Extender”
In the last 21 playoff games that Scott Foster had refereed (not game 1), the team behind in the series is 19-2. Including the 0-3 Raptors to the Sixers.

First game back now after being out for months on an injury for Foster as well. He'll be calling those fouls to get hiself a breather so he can go until the end. Watch out for two quick ones on Jok/AG/Murray and one of them being in fould trouble all game
