If so, even to a certain extent, that's... between lulz and crazy.

LeBron isn't just getting dethroned as the best player, but the best player-coach and GM too. Damn.

This love fest is hilarious on this board. Several players have been seeing doing this in the past.

Man I was so confused. I thought he was saying Jokic is the home court. Like what?

I suspect Jokic has always done stuff like this, and they’re just televising it now because Denver just fired their coach so showing this to viewers makes for an interesting thing to talk about.

If Jokic wins a title this year, he'd be the first to do so since LeBron coaching the Cavs along with Ty "who" Lue that was just watching, listening and learning from LeBron

No. It's also safe to say that point guards like Jason Kidd, Nash and Payton ++ did the same thing, running the team that is. With that said, I think todays superstar players have more leverage on how to run the offence.

Jokic's defensive coaching is honestly what makes him stand out. He's calling plays back to his teammates and moving them on out of bounds in real time. It's crazy

Conspiracy theory : With the fiasco of the MPJ contract and the apron rules, the DEN FO are getting creative on how to pay their players. What better way to overpay Jokic than by giving him 2 salaries with one of them not counting against the CAP?
Genius.
Genius.

Thought OP's thread was bad but then I realized there are people who actually believe stuff like this.
Swinging for the fences.

I don't know, man, I'm not hating, but high IQ players watch a lot of film and see plays coming. You can't win a championship if you don't know what plays the other team is running. It's not that special. There's just not a lot of focus on players' communication. Like you never hear coaches scream out plays or defensive schemes, but suddenly the team is playing box and one. Even the commentators don't catch it before they see how the players are set up.
edit.
Here you also have KCP being interviewed on how he learned to watch films by those guys and how important it was to know what was going to happen

I mean Rondo and Lebron are two of the nerdiest NBA players ever. So yeah...I'm not saying he's one of one. Thought some of his call outs I've noticed in game are pretty wild. But again, if Lebron and Rondo are our examples....ok. Those guys watch mroe game film than most coaches.
