Celtics are clearly the better team and should take it, but we all know about their propensity lately to go ice cold in 4th Qtrs. I do expect the Knicks to put up a better fight tonight though as this is a must-win for them imo. But it's also a must win for Boston as well cause they can't afford to go down 1-3. Winner of tonight's game wins the series imo. It's gonna be a dogfight. MSG will be rockin'. Should be fun.

If the series is tied 2-2, the team that wins two more games wins the series. The Celtics' clutch offense has reverted to the pre 2024 version where Tatum tries to be Kobe so any game within 15 points in the 4th Q is still winnable for the opponent. That gives the Knicks a fighting chance in the series with a closer like Brunson.

excited to see how this goes. Really weird feeling more confident about game 5 on the road, but with two teams who seem to hate playing at home, that's where we are lol.

Boston wins by 20+ today and it comes back 2-2 with the C's as big favs to end it in 6.
3 games in and 3 games of 20+ 2nd half leads. That it is 2-1 for the Knicks is insane as is...i dont have them winning another game this series.

OG already had a big game, Hart in game 2, back to back 21 pt game from KAT. Brunson will bring his 25 pts.
It’s time to Bridges to get hot, not necessarily 30 pts but they will need about 23 from him.
Maybe McBride hit 3-4 crucial 3’s, OG rediscover his touch with 16.

Agreed. Winner of this game likely takes the series. Tied series is a clear momentum shift back to Boston.

This will be the 8th matchup between these two teams this year, In the first 7 matchups, Celtics built a 20+ point lead in 6 of them. I know regular season =/= postseason and certain guys were out for certain matchups, but there's a trend there.
It's hard for to see the logic anyone would have in picking NYK for any individual game at this point really. I don't see how anyone could have any on court reason for picking them in a game. BUT game to game results don't always follow the on paper logic and by virtue of going up 2-0 they basically gave BOS no margin for error in this series.
So I'm going to keep picking BOS for each individual game on paper but teams win games that they "should" lose on paper all the time so based on that 2-0 lead I still think NYK takes the series.
