Orlando Magic's Re-Design
What do you all think? As a Magic fan, I love these a lot!

The star makes it look like the Mogic.

Whaaaaat? That's been what we've been asking for since the Dwight years! We love the star as the "A"!

Re: Orlando Magic's Re-Branding
Well, the typeface, logo and pinstripes seem like big upgrades to me. I’d like to see how the jersey backs and shorts look. It’s hard to tell from the images if that hideous black stripe on the side remains. Hope not.
Happy for you, Magic fans.

Makes sense, my views don't typically align with much of Central Florida

Here are the jerseys on the players as well! With more visibility of the shorts!

I think they look awful.

Re: Orlando Magic's Re-Branding
If ANY team can rock the pinstripes, its the Magic. I personally love these jerseys, very reminiscent of the Penny/Shaq era jerseys which are definitely my favorite Magic jerseys. Now the Raptors need to fully embrace the raptor, and Detroit need to rock the horse again. And not just as alt/city editions.

Re: Orlando Magic's Re-Branding
I'm cool with the star/A treatment.
Two negatives:
1. Apparently, I'm one of the few non-fans of the pinstripes.
2. Court design needs more sponsors! Only two healthcare options? C'mon Orlando!

Re: Orlando Magic's Re-Branding
In the Silver era, teams change branding regularly to increase short-term revenue even if it comes at the cost of reducing long-term brand recognition. Teams wear four jerseys a year and the concept of home away jerseys is gone.
As a result, I no longer care about branding changes unless they are wholesale changes which is rare and not the case here. The Magic will ditch this design fairly soon even if it is very popular with fans.

Yeah, it looks way better than what your team had before. I hope they wear the blue a lot more than the black, though!

I wish they went with the original font, but I like the white and blue ones. The black/blue one is too busy/not for me.

Yep. It looks like a completely different person did the logo than the jerseys.
How you have such a cool "MAGIC" on the jerseys and then use Arial font for your logo is wild

I don’t like the jersey without the pinstripes on the top half. Outside of that, this is one of the better “new look” that a team has come out with in awhile. I like the logo and court

Re: Orlando Magic's Re-Branding
It's not a rebrand, it's a redesign.
I don't mind the redesign. It's not bad. Gives a refreshed look without abandoning the core design elements.

I gotta get used to it. I kinda like it though, it's an ode to their pinstripe warmup jerseys in the 90s.
