Damn, not sure what the size difference is on the FIBA / NBA court but that looks like it might be the longest shot ever, gave his team a 2-1 lead in 2nd round of playoffs

Not a big difference : In the NBA, the court is 94 by 50 feet (28.7 by 15.2 meters). Under FIBA rules, the court is slightly smaller, measuring 28 by 15 meters (91.9 by 49.2 ft).

NBA court is 94 feet long. FIBA court is 91 feet 10 inches long.

And that game winner is absolutely insane.

Crazy. I think there was like 0.1s left when the ball left his hand.

Absolutely incredible. Imagine if it were a game 7, in an NBA playoffs setting. Would make Lillard's shot feel almost minor in terms of the pure exuberance the home team would feel.

On the flipside the utter devastation it'd inflict on the opposition would leave a franchise and it's hardcore fans in turmoil for months. One can only imagine. Epic epic shot.

Amazing. But seriously how many steps did he take after gaining control of ball

That is the craziest shot I've ever seen. As impressive as the actual attempt is that he got it off at exactly 0.1. That's something where you think "Why did they have to make so overdramatic and unrealistic?" if you'd see it in a movie :D.

It's possible it was, even after gaining possession, but the shot is amazing regardless of if it was

Yea it depends when you determine that he established control of the ball. To me it looks "clean" / simply looks like something FIBA refs wouldn't call, if the player were to do the same thing catching the ball on the wing and then going into a shot.
So many people who attain the heights of power in this culture—celebrities, for instance—have to make a show of false humility and modesty, as if they got as far as they did by accident and not by ego or ambition.
