NBA Free Agency officially begins on Monday, June 30th at 6:00 PM ET. During this period, teams are allowed to negotiate with free agents. However, players cannot officially sign contracts until July 6th, at 12:01 PM ET

Knicks' owned Rokas Jokubaitis re-signing with Maccabi, this probably means he is never joining NBA, his shot was last year, but after good summer league, he was not offered contract still. He re-signed with Tel Aviv Maccabi the day after Tev Aviv was bombed by Iran sadly.

I wonder how TJ compares to Cole Anthony, hard to compare guys who play in such different settings. I think Skill vise TJ is up there with NBA players like Anthony, but he is noticeably shorter, lives up to his name...

Memphis is interesting team in general now, will they actually try to blow it up, trade Ja maybe? Ja is enormously popular in Memphis I believe, trading him would cause a backlash.

Yea, not gonna lie, I never saw him playing, maybe few minutes here and there, and indeed any stat line on a bottom feeder might be useless - just forgot how meh they've been the last few years. Them dominating the league with Saras, Parker and Vujcic (?) for two years (IIRC) was one of my favorite euroleague (or whatever it was called back then) moments - because of the way they played, not the results.

I feel like I've had a stroke... has the NBA always allowed trades to happen before the playoffs are actually over? I thought trades couldnt be made until the off-season. When did that change?

Teams have long been able to make trades once their season has ended.

For the Celtics I think they're likely to move Jrue and Hauser this summer. And possibly KP but I think it's just as likely they keep and extend him at a lower salary.

I think Tatum is off the table, Brown and White are not likely to be moved unless it's some insane offer they can't refuse, and they probably aren't trying to deal Pritchard either. Horford is contemplating retirement but it seems like he wants to keep playing. And Kornet is a free agent who wants to stay in Boston but is likely to get bigger offers and will have to make a decision.

There was a recent thread about Brown's terrible contact but it seems like teams are quite interested in him fwiw.

He improved during the regular season, but wasn't good in the playoffs. He's only 23 years old so there might be someone interested in him. The question is how much would they give up for him?

The rumor is that they're looking for a three team deal in a Durant trade. Stuff from Houston to the Suns, Durant to Houston, Jalen Green to a third team and then stuff to the Suns.

Because he loves Boston and won a title there, is tired of getting traded around to crappy teams, and understands his health and availability brings his contract value down as he gets older.
