Does this 2024-25 season retrospectively affect your opinion on evaluating Jokic's prime overall and prior years as well as his career legacy? In a good or bad way?
Regardless, is it safe to say 2024-25 Nikola Jokic adds another quality season of sample size to his career and longevity? What's Nikola Jokic 3-year peak at this point? 2022-2024 or 2023-2025?

It doesn't change for me. He averaged a triple double, there isn't more I can ask of him. This was a rough season. Michael Malone held the team back significantly. Calvin Booth's roster construction didn't help either. Jokic and Murray played the most minutes they've played in their career and had to carry the team despite the above mentioned obstacles.

One of the greatest regular offensive seasons of all time. Not his best defensive season or playoffs. Still a great season for him

Higher.
I do my own 2K ratings, and this season ranks 14th since 1980. An amazing season.
Shai will be even higher.
I think Jokic is the best player and deserved the MVP, but Shai will obviously have the best season.
It's pretty rare for me to get two 99 OVR's in the same season, but these two did it. 2006 Dirk and Wade comes easily to mind. Maybe a few others at most - not sure. Jordan and Barkley. (My formula rewards deep playoff runs and productive regular seasons.)
This was Jokic's third-best season so far.

He is a mofo. The best big man of his generation. Big time performer and a transcendent talent.

Same we all know what he is at this point. He puts up big stats regularly so a little better production shouldn't matter at this point.
That said. Seems like him and AG with little else are enough to make them possibly the second best playoff team in the game, which is impressive.
It's always a disappointment when ATG players don't get the FO that at least has them in contention but they took the likely champs OKC to 7 games so that's a big feat.

IF it has changed for the better or worse, you're all a bunch of bandwagoners
his talent is constant

Higher, despite the drop in numbers and efficiency in the PO, the performance he had against the defense played against was legendary.

He didn't play as well in the playoffs this year as the 2 years prior but he's still the best player in the world.

His legacy is established just like Giannis. They are both all-time great players who proved they can lead their teams to the ultimate prize.

I think he's going to enter the 3rd GOAT tier within a few years
MJ/LBJ
KAJ/Duncan/Shaq/Wilt/Russell
Magic (maybe 2nd tier)/Bird/Hakeem/Kobe/Curry
That's my top 12
I have KG/West/Big O/Moses/DRob/Mikan (?)-Jokic is here now, probably Giannis/KD too, that's the top 20

He didn't lose in the Finals so his legacy is intact.

Just another stunning season and possibly his best playoffs despite the stats and end result. Taking OKC to 7 was beyond impressive with the roster he had to work with.
But it's Jokic...the bar is sky high. no change.

Same as before. He's still just a fat boy that won 3 MVPs.

Around the same or marginally higher. Really is bad when you dedicate 90m to two non all stars. One who sometimes plays like a star 1/3rd of the time, injured the other 1/3rd, or playing mediocre the other 1/3rd.... The other just flat out sucks in the playoffs.
