IMO, no one has been more important to the Pacers' game plan than Nembhard, who has played outstanding defense on SGA all series and allowed the Pacers to not have to resort to gimmicks on defense.

Siakam has been the most consistent player for the Pacers, but he has disappeared for large stretches of games and, outside of the monster dunk on Jalen Williams, he hasn't really stood out in any way. Still, he has counting stats that are way more in line with this type of award, so I expect he'll get it.

Haliburton should not get any consideration for the award.

Hali is clearly the most important Pacer. He runs the offense, moves the ball, shoots when he needs to, keeps everyone focused.

Siakam’s gonna get the MVP if they win, though, unless Tyrese goes nuts tomorrow.

OKC definitely puts most of their efforts on Hali, but he is pretty successfully put in the Dorture chamber, I do not think he would be MVP at this point. As OKC supporter, I dredd every TJ minute now, that guy gives OKC most trouble out of all of these guards, I thank Carlisle for benching him in game five, thank you.

In your opinion, is there anything he can do to change that? Or is it too late at this point?

This. Hali is the Pacers' system. I've seen a few people compare him to Steve Nash and it's an apt comparison.

But yeah, I can see Siakam winning it because of the counting stats, and he has been great all playoffs.

For me personally, I think Nembhard is the MVP of a team that has won collectively. His defense on SGA has been the most impactful thing in the series from either side. Without him, the Pacers would have gotten shredded. He's also got 48-40 shooting splits.

I think voters can still be swayed by Haliburton if he has a really impactful Game 7 (let's say 20-9). Game 1 winner and a "historic", clutch Game 7...sprinkle in some narrative about him playing through injury....possibly a "make up call" from the ECF....and that could do it.

I think it's going to come down to tomorrow. If one of them has a really great game and they win, that's your guy.

If their games are relatively equal, it's Siakam.

If Pacers win, the best player in G7 gets the FMVP.

Siakim has been better than Halliburton, but IMO if Pacers win we could be seeing another "Iggy finals MVP" for Nembhard who has been the "unsung hero" for the Pacers all series

1. SGA
2. Siakam
3. Williams
4. Haliburton
5. McConnell

Is how I'd rank all the players in the series going into Game 7.

So Pacers specific.. Siakam, then Haliburton, then McConnell, then Nembhard.

If Nembhard wasn't up to the challenge on SGA, Pacers may have already lost the series. They literally have no one else to put on him that will make this type of impact (except Siakam and even he can't afford the fouls).

No one is riding coattails. This team has had lots of people contributing to their success in different but important ways.

Did siakam still your bike or something?

21/7/4 on 52/43/72 splits. The guy is a flat out all nba caliber player. Hali is a great player but he's not SGA or Jokic.

The pacers have a whopping 6 players averaging double digit points in the playoffs. For comparison, the thunder have 3. The pacers success has been a team effort with both Hali and Siakam playing huge roles.

TJ McConnell is the true FMVP, but they'll give it to Siakam because All-Stars are what drive those ratings.

Siakam, but the press has been promoting Haliburton. If the Pacers manage to win, the press will be looking for a game seven reason to give the MVP to Haliburton
