Should Celtics do it? I know Lakers would do it.

LA is now that guy in your fantasy football league who spams terrible trade offers in the hopes that someone eventually accepts one. It worked with the Luka trade so might as well try again.

Jaylen Brown is like a top 50-ish player making top 10 money. This isn't bad value for him.

Considering his contract i could see it. From a Lakers standpoint I dont want brown as my second max.

That would be a terrible trade for the Lakers. Reaves is younger and making like 14 mil. Brown is making 50+ mil a year for next 4 years and hasn't made All NBA since the 22-23 season.

That proposal is lopsided in favor of the Lakers, just like the Luka trade was. I would have serious concerns about the NBA if the Lakers were able to get Jaylen Brown for a package centered around Austin Reaves.

idk, pairing him with a PG like Luka would make a world of difference

Man these rando nba media folks have been dragging the Lakers 'Reaves package' put for clicks for 3-4 years now. Reaves, Rui, Vincent for [insert name].
