What year do you anticipate dying, and how many points will LeBron average that season?

Given how well he's still playing, it's reasonable to say LeBron James' NBA career could go indefinitely.
I anticipate dying in 2069 just shy of my 85th birthday. I could see him realistically averaging 17ppg on 45% shooting.

You're around Lebron's age. You think he can average 17ppg at 85 while you're on your deathbed?

I'll admit; I laughed aloud.

This is why I miss the slow burn crockpot style free agency periods. Now it's a 1 -2 day microwave and we get threads like these for 3.5 months !

Just shy of my 102 bday.
LeBron will average 7 pts a game, riding the bench of the NBA champions, Charlotte Hornets team.
Will get his 10th career ring.
2 with Miami
1 with Cavs
1 with Lakers
1 with the Kings (2032)
1 with the Twolves (2040)
1 with the Knicks (2050)
1 with the Pacers (2060)
1 with the Jazz (2070)
1 with the Hornets (2078)

I do wonder how long LeBron could play in the league if he didn’t care about being a star and would be willing to sign vet minimum contracts. If PJ Tucker can be on a roster at age 40 you have to think LeBron could at 50. At age 45 LeBron could probably be what Tucker was as a role player to the Bucks when they won the title.
It’s also kind of mind blowing to me how many players started their career well after LeBron did and are already washed/retired before he is. Amazing that guys like Blake Griffin, John Wall, Damian Lillard, Ben Simmons and likely Kawhi Leonard and Joel Embiid were full on stars/top prospects drafted well after LeBron was an established star vet and will never be able to say that they were better than him at any point (you can argue Kawhi in 2019 but I wouldn’t)

Got to love stupid offseason threads… I expect better horrible ones in the coming weeks.
