I feel embarrassed that I rooted for those Jazz teams over the Bulls in those finals series. If I had known about Malone back then, I would have never. I only rooted for them as the underdog. It's shocking that Karl Malone never spent any time in jail.

It's never really been a secret that Malone impregnated a young teen girl and held back on financially supporting the child.

People just used to be more nonchalant about celebrities personal behaviours.

As a child/teen I was not aware. I was a big basketball fan, but never knew about that. I did know about other things like Toni Braxton breaking up the Triple J in Dallas because Jimmy Jackson took her out on a date when Jason Kidd was running late. The reason I became aware of the issue is because I'm also a Philadelphia Eagles fan and found out about the story of Demetress Bell.
