Imagine the best DUO of all time without using MJ & Lebron.

Mine is probably Steph & Shaq

I think the gravity on the outside and the gravity on the inside would hold the earth in place.

Not only that Steph would have no problems with Shaq eating.

I almost put Bird in place because of the playmaking, but I just prefer Stephs off ball movement and God tier shooting.

Only problem I see with this DUO is defensively, if Shaq is lazy and Curry isn't exactly lockdown.

Kobe/Tim Duncan

I know one player is Jokic.

The other is probably Steph or Kareem. I was thinking about how prime Wade would be an absolute beast with Jokic.

Wade and Jokic are really opposites and would attract nicely for sure.

Steph + Shaq

2 of the most dominant players at their specializations, you chase Steph around the perimeter its gonna either leave Shaq solo covered in the paint where its a damn near guaranteed and 1 or someone is gonna get a WIDE open shot, if there's shade help in the paint. Both Steph and Shaq are excellent willing passers for their positions and WILL find the WIDE open man.

Why group Lebron with MJ? Lebron isnt #2...

Anyway I would say Kobe and Kareem.

Joker and Shaq would be insane. Giannis and Joker. I’d just go as big as possible with as much rebounding as possible.

But people will bypass how good a player like Westbrook would be in a 2 on 2 situation. Who is stopping prime Russ from going to the rack over and over. You could put Rose in that same type of category. Without help defense the incredibly athletic rim drivers would do even better than most think.

This thread just makes me annoyed the NBA doesn't have 1 on 1 AllStar week.
