Christmas Day should be fun. Only 1 Eastern Conference matchup. Some pretty good games here though.

- Brunson vs. Spida
- Wemby vs. Chet
- KD vs. Lebron
- AD/Flagg vs. Curry/Jimmy
- Ant vs. Joker

Should be a very Merry Christmas for NBA fans.

Love these matchups, but would have preferred to have seen Houston versus OKC and Lakers against the Spurs instead.

It's about God damn time Cleveland got a Christmas Day matchup again. Kind of funny that's the only Eastern Conference matchup.

the nba is absolutely ass at marketing the product. sure the injuries to hali and tatum have put a damper on the east but still… you should showcase some of the up and coming teams and shove em down the audience’s throat until they catch up. only 1 east game is crazy

I hate to be negative, but it’s a pretty meh lineup. Not that these teams aren’t good. Seasons going to be interesting as a whole. Losing Tatum, Hali, Kyrie, Lillard etc definitely hurts.

I feel like Cooper vs Wemby was low hanging fruit they whiffed on

The east is weak this year, who did you want them to put in, hawks vs magic? Ooof, good luck getting anyone to tune in on that.

I agree, I am not impressed with the Christmas Day matchups so that is disappointing

Cavs first Christmas game since 2016.

But those 2 teams are projected to be the 2 front runners next season, so makes sense.

Unfortunately the dang NFL has 3 games on that day, those will be a bigger pull.

This is the exact opposite of good marketing strategy lol. Trying to force your audience to like something they haven’t already shown an inclination for is incredibly stupid.

What a stupid miss by Adam Silver. LAL vs DAL on opening night or Xmas would've blown up the ratings.
