Minnesota Timberwolves - The Ant Man needs Terry Rozier?

Could Anthony Edwards use help yes. The player is Terry Rozier. Miami wants to move on. His skillset could help Ante-Man from double teams. Also providing another option on offense. The problem is salary cap and how to get it done without causing problems with the rotation. Who goes and salary cap restrictions. Last year Minnesota did not have enough offense to carry them over the hump with OKC. Randle had some difficulties scoring. Adding a little more offense would be ideal. Mike Conley is not the player he was, and a reduced role would help. Rob Dillingham is good, but Terry Rozier is an upgrade.

Scary Terry is amazing. Zero All-Star appearances, but has made over $133M in the NBA.

I have fond memories of Terry Rozier making fun of Eric Bledsoe.

Terry Rozier isn't the answer to any team in 2025. Undersized guards that play no defense with questionable efficiency is rough. Although teams are leaning back into deep depth, I still would rather take a chance on a younger unproven product in Dillingham improving.

Hope Wolves give Dillingham starters minutes to find out where he is, but they're too scared to bench Conley probably, especially because they finished the season 17-4, so they know they can have a great season with Conley starting (if Conley doesn't decline more). And the Wolves were half a second away from being 2-2 with OKC...

all GMs should be scared of acquiring Scary Terry.
if a player fails to improve under Miami’s excellent training staff and coaching then the problem is the player.

There is about a full rotation of Heat players, not including signing Spo to literally a player contract for a culture perspective, that I would take over Terry Rozier

Like if it was between Terry Rozier or adding a future asset to get Kuzma instead, I'm losing sleep on deciding what I would rather do

Ant is basically on a Bradley Beal trajectory at the moment but with a better team around him than Beal had. He's younger though. Let's see if he get's to prime Harden/Wade territory ever. Can he win a chip like Wade did in '06? Probably not given how stacked the West will be in his prime.

When did Beal ever lead his team to back to back ECF in a loaded division? Crap comparison. Ant is a winning player and has already proven despite major roster changes. He's closer to Shai than Beal.

Well ANT has already made the Western Conference Finals TWICE, despite never having a roster good enough to do that...

And was Bradley Beal or James Harden ever athletic?
Were Beal and Harden ever known to eliminate superstars from the playoffs?
Michael Jordan's career is the most accurate comparison to ANT so far (even though Jordan didn't eliminate Bird, and took a while to eliminate Isiah Thomas).

Safe to say Harden has never been anywhere near the athlete ANT is, and they are really opposite at the defensive end... and ANT is WAY better at 3-point shooting.
ANT is Dwayne Wade, but with 3-pointers instead of mid-range shooting.

I think I would retire as a GM before entertaining that Kobayashi Maru. :noway:

Look, you're really embarrassing yourself and your bball knowlege now dude so I'll leave it there.

But Ant is nowhere near prime DWade and never will be. And he's not close to tending towards MJ's career.

6-24 in game 7 against Denver
5-17 0-11 from downtown in close out game vs Lakers
Sure Edwards had some great games but there were also several where they won in spite of him. Let’s cool the jets on “eliminated a bunch of superstars”. His team is stacked.
