Add prime Ewing to any list.

There are a bunch of guys who could (or do) give him trouble.

The bigguns from the 90s would be a good start. Ewing, Robinson, Olajuwon, Zo and Shaq. Duncan as well.

I'd be pretty confident in Artis Gilmore and Nate Thurmond giving him trouble, as well as Bill Russell and Wilt Chamberlain, for sure.

I don't think any of them really shuts him down, because he can score from too many places in too many ways, and you can deny only so much, but those guys all had the right tools for it, no doubt.
