RGM Top 25 NBA Player Poll 2025-26 -- Round 7!

Oh hey again good pals! This is the thing where we rank the top 25 NBA players for 2025-26 hooray.

Basically vote for 1 of the guys in the poll, and you can also post a comment that nominates a player to be added for the next round of voting. Then a day or two later I'll pop in and make the next poll.

So like: "Vote Jokic, nominate Kuzma." Or whatever.

If you change your mind, the poll is set up so you can change your vote as often as you'd like until the poll closes and the next thread goes up. (The poll is limited to 10 options.)

I voted Anthony Davis again. I think he's in a good position, lots of big man depth to keep him from getting run down; he's the clear cut number one option and I think he'll have a big season.

Queta was great and has looked really good in the friendlies as well.
I see him really making a splash, but he won’t be top 25 until 26/27.

Kinda torn between Mitchell and Cade. I feel like Mitchell was definitely best last year of the guys left, but if Cade was almost pulling even with him numbers-wise last year, it’s not hard to see him taking a leap past him. I don’t think Cade’s gonna take anywhere near as big of a leap this year as he did last year, but even a small to medium jump could make him the second best player in the East. Thought maybe I’d read some input here before voting, but none of y’all are voting for either one so far, LOL.

V: Curry -- still dominant, Butler trade was a success, he'll be load managed and won't have eye popping #s, but he'll still leave his mark.
N: Booker -- comeback season after Suns cleaned the mess on roster.

OK, I was looking at some of the advanced numbers and I've decided Cade still has too far to go. Plus I think we have to give Mitchell a little bit of a break for not putting up as eye popping of numbers in the regular season since they had the 1 seed locked up early and he didn't need to. He still took over in the playoffs when people were hurt.

So, all of y'all voting for Steph realize he's 37 years old, right? Like 2 years ago Mitchell was better. And then, last year, Steph had a surprise bounce back and was about as good as Mitchell and then he got hurt in the playoffs. You really think he's likely to be better this year?

Yeah people are living in the past.
Last year he was better than the year before, probably a top 15…maybe top 10 guy. The year before he was more in the 20-25 range. A year older that 20-25 range or worse is more likely for the coming year.
