RGM Top 25 NBA Player Poll 2025-26 -- Round 10!

Oh hey again good pals! This is the thing where we rank the top 25 NBA players for 2025-26 hooray.

Basically vote for 1 of the guys in the poll, and you can also post a comment that nominates a player to be added for the next round of voting. Then a day or two later I'll pop in and make the next poll.

So like: "Vote Jokic, nominate Kuzma." Or whatever.

If you change your mind, the poll is set up so you can change your vote as often as you'd like until the poll closes and the next thread goes up. (The poll is limited to 10 options.)

Nomination is tough here. Lots of guys you can put in at this point. But I think I'm going with Siakam here.

Pretty clear Mitchell here. After that I have a lot of guys pretty close.

I also like Mitchell here. Last year, Cleveland fans debated between Mitchell and Mobley as MVP. I think this is the year Mobley takes one more step forward and becomes clearly the guy on the Cavs. For anyone thinking I'm spouting nonsense, Mobley had the better VORP, PER, Win Shares, and BPM. Mitchell had a higher EPM. All the stats were fairly close though.

Beyond the stats though, when I watched Cavs game, to me it felt more like Mobley was the centerpiece. Donovan Mitchell was their go-to guy when they needed a bucket, but the offensive and defensive system were more built of Mobley's strengths. Letting Mobley be a rim attacker who could pass, was what freed up all of Cleveland's shooters to go ham all season. Defensively, I don't think I need to justify the defensive player of the year.

Mitchell is going to this season as the better player but I believe that by All-Star break Mobley would be considered the Cavs No. 1
If I voted wrong and it's more about how they starting the season than how they finish it let me know

OMFG, this is getting silly. It has to be time for Mitchell and Chet! Devin Booker was **** terrible last year and wasn’t even as good as Chet last year and he’s declining while Chet isn’t even close to his peak.
