If I'm understanding correctly, he was on the freeway and traffic was stopped due to an accident up ahead. Then they cleared the crash and traffic was supposed to start moving, but Pierce had fallen asleep lol.

Will never respect people who let their vices control their lives to the point where they put others at risk, especially when they have the means to mitigate that risk. Pierce needs some serious help.

Way better than driving 50 MPH and falling asleep at the wheel, but still pretty damn bad unless he has narcolepsy or some ****.

OH and Kudos on Sobre part, I only drink on wknd, during the week it's all about the work:), I can stop anytime, just like a few drinks on the wknd

Edit: sometimes it hits me more then other times, sometimes it doesn't at all, right now, I'm just happy things are going good:)

What exactly does ‘suspicion of DUI’ mean in this case? Was a field sobriety test performed? Did he blow, or was a sample collected? If the answer’s ‘no’ to any of those, he’s probably walking. Were there any aggravating factors? And even if this is his first offense, it’ll likely be just a slap on the wrist.

This story’s light on key details, so I’ll hold off on judgment until more facts come out.

EDIT: I'm not paying the $4.75 to access the case file open to the public either. Funding for mod salaries was cut recently.

Depending on state, 1st offense will get the class, $10,000 fine, 3-6 months loss of license.

Also wtf is supspioun of dui? In jersey if you refuse a field test or to blow the machine it's automatic arrest. I
