Contrary to the announcers. That was not a punch, it was a shove to get him off of him. Then arms extended again to brace for the fall. No punch. Are they blind?

This is why we shouldn't let large clumsy water birds comment on basketball games. Let these beautiful animals roam free in nature and stop forcing them to provide live commentary on basketball games.

This is a prime example of a smaller player grabbing onto someone's jersey and not letting go. If you go to the 1:32 - 1:37 mark, it is a close-up of what happens. Jose Alvarado has his arm wrapped around Amen's leg and his other hand gripped to his jersey.

This wasn’t an example of it, but Amen is a psycho. He has gotten hyper violent multiple times on the court now.

It was nothing.
Alvarado kept trying to tackle Amen.
Amen pushed him away.

I have examples:

Low skill players need to do this stuff to be relevant I guess. I don't see him ever being more than a defensive role player.

I think all players should do this a little bit more. I like the way physicality was allowed in the 90s. It adds another dimension to the game. Thompson does all of the things that make me want to root for him. Exciting player and I wish the Sixers had him.

They both very passionate players, it happens, they get each other, this nonsense bonds men sometimes
I really like Alvarado, he reminds me of Campazzo. Facu played in the NBA for a bit, very bad fit in Denver that was, I know Russillo hated him, but he also hates Lowry, I personally love these short guys who get a little dirty and just flat out annoying to be impactful on defense, these short guards and bully bigmen ala Jonas are my favorite type of players.
