Michael Porter Jr summed it up best for the Nets: they have three rookies sharing the job at point guard which is the hardest position to play in the NBA. All three are learning on the job. Makes it difficult for a team to succeed in that type of situation. Rookie point guards are a great way to tank, even if they are high pedigree players.

The Nets seem like easily the worst of these three, though maybe they're edging the Wiz here because they have a lot of just fill-in d-league dudes playing rather than solid young prospects they're developing. So might be more my perception of them as sad and pre-rebuild more than them actually being way worse than the Wiz.

Opposing Teams are shooting 47% on Wide Open 3s against the Nets. I expect the Wizards to be the worst of the 3 by the end of the season

Indiana: Last year's ECF Finals MVP Siakam, Nembhard (who was injured), McConnell (was also injured a bit), Toppin -- all these players are proven talents and will hit some more wins for the Pacers, they've just been unlucky to start with some guys out.

Wizards: Champion Middleton, McCollum, Sarr, Johnson, George, Coulibaly -- there's veterans to lean on for experience, and a solid foundation to build on.

Nets: Champion MPJ, Claxton, Thomas, every player is under 30 years old -- Needs more identity as most of the roster are rookies, and the other players may not be here long-term.

The Nets, although the Wizards still are awful they are having more close games with other teams. There's a bit more hope around the young guys and with the Wizards and they have a couple of excellent veterans in McCollum and Middleton that should help instill a culture before they find them new homes at the deadline.

The Pacers get a pass for the injuries and unlike the other two their team net rating isn't worse than -15

The Wizards simply because the Southeast division was the worst division last year and all they added were more kids.

Pretty easily the Nets.... as others have mentioned, their two "best" players are guys who don't defend and want to shoot a lot and then they've got a bunch of young guys as well.

Which I think also hurts the development of young players. If we're going to be awful anyways, give me guys who defend, hustle, and share the ball as my vets to teach the young guys not two me first no defense players.
