Funny enough, Draymond also appears to be kicking Wemby in the very first frame of the video.

Looks intentional.
Learned from Dray.

First Kuminga diving at Embiid’s knee in 2024 and now this. And they say Draymond isn’t a good locker room influence!

Watched a few times and it doesn't look natural to me. I don't remember him known as a dirty player? I will give him the benefit of the doubt. Most players don't want injury to others, the game was chippy so maybe he just didn't want him to get to the ball and swung his leg to block him, very dangerous play though.
And we don't know if this is the play that injured him

Definitely looked like an intentional leg whip by Jetski

obviously not an intentional injury, if that even is the play that hurt wemby,we dont know. You can strain your calf at any moment. They need to take their time with this one. dont want a kd/ hali/ dame situation where they come back to quick and pop an achilles. especially given this guys size and playstyle.

What do you feel he was trying to do there?

Scumbag Warriors doing scumbag things. Not surprised to see Draymond rubbing off on the younger players

The league has to protect its superstars. Something like this should be a big fine and suspension, IMO. We all miss out big time and the league is worse off if Wemby is seriously hurt.

We don't even know if this is what led to the injury. Look at the time when this play happened and then Wemby finished the game. Perhaps he felt discomfort the day after.

Crazy how much they and the Lakers get coddled by the league

Does it matter? The intent of the action is the same whether or not Wemby was hurt by it.

I have to ask, what does this have to do with the Lakers? Since when are Lakers players kicking opponents in the balls, choking players and kicking the legs underneath from players?
Lakers just living rent free in some peoples heads.

Was Wemby trying to trip Curry here? Don't think so, and I don't think Podz is trying to hurt anyone. Podz was reckless, yes, intentionally trying to injure Victor, absolutely not.

Doesn't matter if he tried to hurt him, what matters is he did something intentional that could've easily lead to an injury.

He lunged for the ball right when Wembamyama turned. Get a grip already.

Do you think they all learned from really dirty players like Bruce Bowen. Draymond has never injured someone unlike many Spurs. What’s up with that?

Torn on this one. These plays happen very fast and the thought process of "I'm going to intentionally hurt this player" seems highly unlikely. It was reckless though, so Podz deserves some fault, but I don't think he's really trying to hurt someone. I have never seen anyone fall like that on the other hand
