Duncan, leading west forward vote getter?

Post#1 » by kellex » Fri Jan 11, 2008 1:12 am

i understand that he will go down as one of the greatest, if not THE greatest, PF's to ever play game, but who in the hell keeps voting for him?

i didnt think fans were actually "fans" of Mr. Boring? i guess i figured Dirk would pile in a whole ton more votes...i guess more people like the Spurs that i would have guessed...

VOTE ROY! hah

when did i say if you vote for your favorite that someone isnt good enough?

the whole point of the post is about people voting for their favorites and the fact that tim duncan bores the hell out of me. and im surprised at the fact that people are voting enough for him that he is leading the west in forward votes...

and he would be the one taking Roy's spot

maximum only 4 guards are allow in the reserve
Nash, Paul, and Iverson are pretty much lock
the other one can go to Davis

People remember the first round of the playoffs lastseason, so thats why they don't vote for dirk

And I can't believe that you call timmy mr boring and then say that dirk should get more votes! Dirk is easily more boring than Duncan. All he does is run off a screen, catch and shoot a fade away shot. Its just catch and shoot, catch and shoot. At least duncan changes his moves to keep his defenders on their toes...

Exactly, No one cares if Tim Duncan bores the hell out of you. What matters is the people voting for their favorites and Tim Duncan is one of their favorites.

I <3 Tim Duncan. I still have dreams at night that he sometimes gets on the Pistons in return for absolutely nothing.

I'd rather watch that then watching Dirk catch and shoot all day.

Well I'm the sort of person that loves to see moves like the up and under or the big man spin performed to perfection. Damn I even think that post moves are better than a guard dunking on someone.

if you didn't vote for Tim, you lied to yourself.

Based on impact & record, the following should be the most accurate.

West:
G: Nash & Kobe
F: Dirk & Duncan
C: Yao

East
G: Billups & Kidd
F: Bron & KB
C: D12
