looked bad originally, especially with the pain he was in.
but apparently he was walking around on it after the game and was able to bend/extend...etc his knee.

Can't know whether the Laker's season is in jeopardy until we learn the extent of Bynum's injury.
Never like to see a player go down, especially one who has been playing as well as Bynum has lately. Hopefully, he'll be fine.

Where did you hear this? If this is true, then it's probably a sprain. I have no doubt he'll spring back from this. He is still very young. I just dread having to see Kwame play for extended minutes if Bynum is out for awhile.

He said he could put weight on it and it doesn't hurt. Apparently, after they iced it down it felt a lot better. He said it hurts only when he steps forward. They interviewed him in the locker room after the game.

I wish he'd play Thursday vs the Suns..doubt it, though.
0.1% chance he does, IMO
Bruised knee..2 week injury, my guess.

Ok, calm down. We'll know more tomorrow, but worse case scenario, Kobe becomes Kobe and the Lakers end up with the 6th or 7th seed (they have never been 8th). Best case, Bynum is game to game.

i doubt it is horrible, since he is walking on it bending it, moving it from side-2-side. sounds like he will fine

Why would you want that? Now you have a chance of winning.

I am praying that he'll be ok.
I am sure all the Magic, Portland, and Houston fans are jumping in joy.

Don't be ignorant, wishing injury on someone isn't OK.

Probably just a hyperextension sort of thing like Tyson Chandler had earlier this year. Hornets fans around the world were holding their breath preparing for the worst, but it only ended up keeping him out for a couple games.

Let's just hope whatever it is and however long it takes, he heals completely without lingering complications.
I am enthused by Bynum's progress this year and would hate to see him derailed now.
