Good posters have already given detailed reasons why the Nets are not winning more but VC and Kidd as the leaders of this team definitely have something to do with the team's failures....

you need to run run run if Kidd is your PG and they just don't run enough. Kidd is an average half court PG and Carter is way past his prime. They aren't getting any better. Time to rebuild.
