Kobe fans are still upset that he doesn't have an MVP..

next week we'll have a thread that Kobe should have got Wade's Finals MVP, because Kobe made Shaq what he was..

People gotta stop using this "he led his team to the playoffs in the tough West"
1.Half the league makes the playoffs..
2. Lakers finished behind every tough West team.

Lakers couldve finished under .500 last year and they still would've made the playoffs.

It's gotta be between Kobe and LeBron this season. If the Lakers can manage this tough up coming schedule without Bynum and make the playoffs with 50+ wins, it's gotta be Kobe.

Anyways, Kobe's not even the MVP of his own team this year. It's ANDREW BYNUM.

"trade his ass" - Kobe. I guess Kobe really has an eye for talent.

Kobe is the MVP of the Lakers, but I could care less about MVP awards. I care about championships.

  really? why would wade want to trade his captain in haslem, who is his leader, and who in my mind is a much better player in terms of consistancy, and mental toughness, then odom. get it through your head odom is a 3rd option at best.

with what he gets paid, i feel sorry for the lakers.. they are getting ripped off with his sorry a$$
Odom is a damn good player, and people forget what the LAL were able to do with Odom last season while Kobe was getting back from injury; they ran their offense through him WITH Kobe back from surgery.

He's an inconsistent player, but a better overall player than people give him credit for.

Yea, and the Lakers are WAY better off now that they kept Bynum instead of trading for Kidd. If they would of listened to Kobe, the Lakers would not be the contenders they are today, or in the future.

That's why players shouldn't have much say in the GM process.

They WERE better off but Bynum isn't exactly contributing right now. We shall see how he looks when he come back. Time will tell.

Kobe Bryant is better than those guys.

Steve Nash needs a stylist or something he's wearing the token frat boy lined dress shirt that they wear to clubs.

Speaking of Kobe having an eye for talent:

Wouldnt it be awfully funny if Gilbert Arenas opted out of his contract and went to LA in the offseason?

He has Zeke, Gooden, Hughes, Snow, Marshall, Gibson, and he plays in the East. If he played in the West, that would translate to about 25 wins.

I was talking about 05/06...

Same old sh*t, in regular season the Cavs are 30-17 against WC teams since 06/07 season and counting.
