The first one, because I'd be embarrassed if my team won 73 games and then did poorly in the playoffs. It would be like last year's Mavs, but ten times worse.

73 wins, w/o choking in the playoffs (regular season doesn't mean a lot to me).

otherwise, 101 points.

i'd take the 101 points(get on that kobe)

the 73 wins doesnt' necessarily mean playoff success

while hte points don't either, but i'd feel much better if my team lost in the playoffs

Well, at least you'd have a convincing argument he's better than Mutumbo

I'd rather win a championship..

101 is amazing and all, but I'm not big on scoring..I watched Kobe's 81, and it was amazing, especially watching it live on TV as it was going, but it's not something I'm going to remember forever..

if the 101 happened during a playoff game, I'd have to think hard about it..Jordan's game vs. Boston stands out in my mind..

Harlem the champoinship is not guaranteed, just 73 regular season wins.

Well since my team already has the record I'll take the player scoring 101. I'm not really sure who I'd consider my favorite player though. Am I allowed to pick my favorite all time player? Dennis Rodman for 101!

Since I'm far and away my favorite player, I'll take the 101 points in a game.

That's no accomplishment for Diener. He once dropped 101 in a pickup game, against Jordan.

I agree. Our Bulls already have the record of 72, so even though it would be nice to see this new Bulls team go one better, I think I'd love to see Luol Deng or Kirk Hinrich score 101.

I doubt that. The chance you ever see a player score 81 points live is highly unlikely.

There is a higher chance of seeing your team win a championship than your favorite player score 101 points. Wilt 100, Kobe 81, Thompson 73. 3 people that stand out during the entire existence of the nba.
