The Lakers sans Bynum would still be favoured in my opinion, with him, I don't think it's close against the Blazers.

Anyone else see any of these series going less than six games?

lakers wouldn't be an underdog. they'd have homecourt advantage. right now without bynum, the underdog blazers take it.

i think the hornets would destroy the nuggets. i don't think the warriors would win, but they'd would make it interesting.

NO/DEN would be a great series.

i think the Nuggets blew a late 4th quarter lead in their 1st meeting, and then Denver won in the 2nd meeting.

it would go 6 or 7 games.

Camby and Chandler are near clones on the defensive end. It would be interesting to see them battle each other down low.

Melo and KMart vs. Peja and DWest would be pretty interesting going back and forth, too.

And CP vs. AI. That would be an awsome series.

I'd say the Mavs would beat the Spurs.

If only my blazers could face the Lakers without Bynum.

Those matchups are so much better than the current EC matchups:

Boston vs. Atlanta
Detroit vs. New Jersey
Orlando vs. Cleveland
Washington vs. Toronto

Those might as well end up being the matches. Except I see the Wizads overtaking Orlando for the division lead and playing Cleveland once again in the playoffs.

I pray for a Phoenix - Golden State matchup.

The way the Spurs have been playing, I'll take the Mavs in 4 or 5.

For starters, you didn't even get the matchups right.

if the Spurs don't improve, they'll get beat by whoever they play..but thankfully, this isn't the actual Spurs team that will come out in the playoffs..same as last year..Parker is playing noticeably hurt..we were 17-3 before the injuries..

with that being said, I wouldn't mind playing those loveable chokers..

It should be the Lakers vs. the Spurs and the TrailBlazers vs. the Mavericks

The Spurs are one team that I would like to see in the Western Conference Finals.

Warriors in 6
Hornets in 7
Lakers in 7
TrailBlazers in 6

man i'd take the spurs as an underdog all day

GS has the highest chance of upsetting their favorites, and if the spurs were an "underdog," they would probably win.

While admitting that the Mavs have choked in the playoffs and that the Spurs may very well be the better team overall, I still find your confidence and attitude re: Dallas fairly odd given the more recent Mavs-Spurs history. The Mavs are the only team to beat the Spurs in the playoffs the past three seasons, and it's always a close game when these teams play in the regular season. I can understand supreme confidence from a Warrior fan, but a Spurs fan? Doesn't make sense to me.
