Chuck Hayes deserves a mention. I respect his excellent defense, but he has absolutely no offensive game at all. Add that to the fact he's the NBA's worst FT shooter (27%), and he's definitely got a case. Maybe the fact he's starting has something to do with Houston's continued failure.
