What franchise do you guys think has had the worst luck overall, taking into account injuries, draft picks, management, etc?

Wolves

EDIT: Let me list them all:

Drafting Ndudi Ebi
We have McHale
The Joe Smith incident
7 years not getting past first round]
The death of Malik Sealy
Trading Cassell and pick for Jaric
Trading Ray Allen for Marbury
Trading Kevin Garnett

Ha Suns are easily the most cursed team in the NBA last 3 years key injuries/suspensions in the playoffs. But everything starts with the stupid coinflip where we could've had Kareem instead we get Neal Walk.

I think it's almost entirely bad management there.

I'd say the Clippers. Combination of injuries, bad management, poor luck, etc... every once in awhile I think they're about to snap out of it, then something else happens.

Any team that involved Isiah Thomas as a GM for more than one year.

Let me list them all for the Wolves:

Drafting Ndudi Ebi
We have McHale
The Joe Smith incident
7 years not getting past first round]
The death of Malik Sealy
Trading Cassell and pick for Jaric
Trading Ray Allen for Marbury
Firing a 20-20 coach
Hiring RSW (Wittman)
Trading Kevin Garnett
Terrible record this year
All the injuries this year (Foye and Ratliff, plus others)

With our luck, we'll get the 4th pick this year

Yeah, watch Seattle and Portland get the 1 and 2 picks again.

Hmmm...I would go with the Wolves, but i'm actually going to go with the Clippers for two reasons:

1. They've NEVER been to the NBA Finals, and they've been in the league since 1970. 37 years without a trip to the Finals. Ouch. The Wolves haven't been either, but they got to the WCF a few years ago, and they've only been in the league 18 years, just about half the time the Clippers have.

2. They have the record for the longest drought between trips to the post-season at 15 years (1977-1991).

Rockets have a pretty good case for the last decade or so.

Who knows, maybe Miami might luck out this season.

Exactly. Horrible management doesn't constitute a curse. There's gotta be some kind of luck or "acts of God" involved.

I'm gonna be a homer and go with the Kings:

Pervis Ellison -- The difference between this & Ebi is that the Kings just happened to get the #1 pick in 1 of the worst (if not the worst) draft in history
Bobby Hurley
Game 6 against the Lakers
Webber's knee, Peja's ankle
Major injuries every year it seems

Clippers I guess I mean what happened to Livingston and Brand was just horrible on so many levels.

Grizzlies.

And also us, the Rockets, have bad luck with injuries and other things.
