I know thats jokingly (the kiss) but look at the way he touches Damons face when he kisses him.

Just his mannerisms and the way he talks all point to it. Maybe Dolan cant fire him because hes come out to Dolan and then the whole discrimination thing would be blown up. How the hell else could he get away with that sexual harrassment suit and still keep his job?
