Last two games with LeBron guarding them in the fourth quarter:
Kobe: 1-7 FGs
Roy: 1-5 FGs

The man deserves All-NBA Defense at the end of the season.

Lebron is DPOY

Is this necessary?

its not just through the fourth. its from tip off to end of the game.
he was gaurding webster. 3-9 for 7 points throughout the game.
plus he gets the blocks and steals. i dunno what happened but his defense is crazy this year

he doesn't guard the other teams best player for the entire quarter though..his D has become a lot better, but some of the stats that are being thrown out aren't accurate..I remember the Nets game for instance, where he wasn't guarding Carter, not even Jefferson..he was guarding Antoine Wright in clutch time..so obviously his defensive PER and FG numbers are going to look better if he isn't guarding the other team's best player the entire time..

definitely improved as a defender, but not as good as some of the stats indicate IMO..

Lebron is looking like hes turning into a beast of a defender in clutch time, but he's gotta keep it up for the first 3 quarters to truly shine.

I will consider it the day Lebron defends against a bigger player. can he stop a KG or Boozer or Duncan types. he has a given advantage on smaller players, but what about the bigger taller ones. oh, btw he needs to defend the whole game not just in 4th qtr.

True, but in the last two games James primarily defended Kobe and Roy, and there have been countless times where James will switch to another player who has been burnin the Cavs.

LB can do whatever he wants on a basketball court, i just hope he decides to use his powers for good and not for evil. in other words, dont get sucked into scoring every point and doing everything for "ME"

cat could easily average a triple dub and i think he will.

I think it's clear that Lebron is improving and that's definitely a positive.

DPOY is obviously sarcasm and even All-Defensive 2nd Team would be a stretch at this point but he may well be on his way to that point in a few years.

he's definitely going to make it in a few years, probably as early as next year..I assume he'll start making it by reputation once he makes it the first time, just like others that didn't play D at a 100% like they did at one point..

well Kobe is smaller than Lebron and they play different positions so why is Kobe being judged on different standards.

Why would Lebron have to guard Duncan or a big guy to prove himself? Duncan is considered one of the most dominant defenders and he never defends Lebron or smaller guys.
