Who's Your Hopla?

The Idea for the name of this topic comes from David Hopla whos the wizards shooting coach. He was previously with Toronto and did a good job there as exhibited by the fact they became a better shooting team from the three point line, better field goal percentage and better free throw shooters. He's doing just as good a job in Washington, caron is on a 70 free throw shooting streak, Haywoods who was a 54ish percent shooter is making at the rate of 73%. We've already become one of the top three free throw shooting teams with Toronto (Hopla's doing as well) being up there with us, and some of our players who looked like they couldnt make their shots are hitting them now. He's also worked with Gil, ray allen, Kobe etc.
Randy Ayers brought in for defense has visibly improved washingtons defense from 28th last season to the 11-15th range. 104 ppg down to about 96 last time I checked.
My question is who's your Hopla? or which Coach do you know who specializes in teaching a certain aspect of the game and does a good job. Most of us don't know the random big men coaches, shooting coaches, defensive guys roaming around who do good jobs and would be the first place to look to improve a certain skill. We know kareem is working with Bynum and doing wonders, Ewing is with howard (but its questionable if its howards doing). I also heard about Pete Newell or something who has a big man camp, theres various other camps around which you can feel free to mention. Theres shooting coaches, strength coaches..etc..etc
So who does what, who's good at it, who's your Hopla?
