wait if he can't play then that means he doesn't pass the physical no? or is it like blood test and grab balls and cough kind of physical?

No, but usually a player doesnt play the day after an agreement is reached. Even if the physical is completed the morning before the game. Isnt Shaq still a lil banged up. Inserting him this quickley into the suns run and gun wo a practice?
