More often than not, Arenas is a fool. But I can't say I disagree this time..

I agree with Gil. Raptor fans tend to overrate their players, alot.

Hell, Jamario Moon should replace Caron Butler too.

I agree with AGGie. Fans of local sports teams tend to overrate their players a lot.

lol @ Arenas. He is incredibly arrogant, and in this case he's wrong, but he is always funny. I appreciate that.

Like fans in most cities we do tend to rate our players too highly. We don't have a lineup that includes the so called "big three" of Arenas, Butler, and Jamison. Fade into oblivion Wizard. It will only get worse when Agent Zero gets back.

Arenas really needs to shut his mouth. Every time he opens it he proves how stupid he is. He sounds smarter when he doesnt talk. "Back up point gaurd?" How many games has Calderon started this season? More then enough to be considered a legit starter. I mean, how many back up PG's average 31+ mpg?

To be fair, he's only starting because they're afraid to play Ford too much with his back condition.

One could easily make the argument that a healthy calderon should start over a healthy ford.....

Arenas is going to inform us next about the personal advice John Ameche once gave him.

Even though Arenas is wrong in this case, you can't help but appreciate the man's humor.

Gilbert says all back up PG's have a good assist-turnover ration but Calederon has been putting up big numbers as a starter (TJ Ford just came back from a lengthy serious injury).

I will say Calederon not being an All-Star this year is not that big a deal but for the G position you can make a legitimate argument that he deserved it moreso than Joe Johnson and the main reason JJ is getting the nod is because the Raps record isn't good enough to have 2 reps and Atlanta still in the playoff hunt deserve one....but it's not like Calederon AS choice would have been some crazy homer raps fan pick.

Stupid ignorant Gilbert, and so many stick up for him for having personality and being so outspoken for a NBA player, well, jerks are outspoken and have personality too.
