Never been to Oakland, but from what I've seen on T.V...it's gotta be the warriors! With Detroit being a close second....
Your thoughts?

Loudest/ most hostile to visitors: ESA (Jazz arena)
Easiest to visit: Staples LA fans don't seem to care if they can afford to get in.
Food: no idea
Outward appearance? who cares if it ain't yours?

Either Utah or GS. I'd hate to play either of those teams in the playoffs if they have HCA.

It WAS Sacramento for years...But they stopped their streak at 355+ consecutive sellouts...Thus, it's not that very hostile but it's still tough to win there...We do have the loudest fans under 14,000...

i'll agree.in the kings cwebb era their fans were nuts. Bringing cow bells into the arena!! They seemed insane...way louder than oracle ever gets. ARCO arena is pretty small though so the sound seems louder in there, but still...greatfans.

no place gets louder than the Garden was in 94 with the Rangers and Knicks
that will never happen again though, because Isiah Thomas is the devil.

I remember that the Rangers had a crazy cup run the whole building echoed "Lets Go Rangers" that was some pretty exciting hockey.

Loudest: GS, Utah, Sac, Portland
Hostile: GS, Detroit, Philly
As a side note, Boston was probably the worst venue that I went to. The majority of fans didn't stand up and cheer unless prompted by the big screen.

The Loudest in the Playoffs during the 90s was def MSG its a shame it was called the worlds most famous arena for a reason. Now its just a sad state of affairs. But in general I would say Philly fans are the most hostile kinda ironic when its considered the city of brotherily love.

This goes in tune with a complete hostile hatred of Reggie Miller and the Indiana Pacers...when you receive death threats about just going to a game then you know the fans are wild...Plus you had the famous Spike Lee/Reggie rivalry....The crowd always brought out the best of these two teams during an amazing rilvary that lasted years

Toronto has some of the most hostile fans in the league. They may not know alot about basketball but they sure know how to booo players.
