He certainly should be, but it's a pretty strong class this year.

The HOF is a joke. It seems like they induct more college coaches and European pioneers than they do NBA players.

I'm not taking it seriously until Adrian Dantley, Bernard King and Artis Gilmore get in at least.

Agree with you 100%, I could care less about all the foreign people. Now if there was a World HOF I would be all for the foreign people.

AD was one of my favorite players who I patterned my game after. I don't care what Jazz fans think but he saved that franchise from failing. People have done Dantley wrong for some reason, Frank Layden said he traded him because he was "poisoning" Karl Malone...........that was BS and he knows it.

Then Isiah Thomas wanted his "boy" Mark Aguirre to get a ring with him so AD was the one that was traded. That's why he's struggling right now karma baby.

Dantley was a terrific player and had one of the great free throw routines of all time, but HOF?? I dont remember him as that good.

Career average of 24 ppg on 54 percent shooting, with seven seasons averaging 25 or better...if that's not Hall of Fame, I don't know what is.

Don't forget Rodman.

It's a fantastic class this year, and I think everyone will make it in if not this year then within a year or two.

? It IS a World HoF, covering the whole basketball in the world.

I remember him saying that trading Dantley for Tripucka too soon was a mistake. On the other hand, you must admit that playing styles of Adrian and young Mailman were too similar to not interfere with each other.

Then Isiah Thomas wanted his "boy" Mark Aguirre to get a ring with him so AD was the one that was traded. That's why he's struggling right now karma baby.

I agree 100% about trading Dantley due to Isiah's influence being unfair.

I'm not taking YOU seriously until you notice things like English is already in ;-) - though I agree Dantley and A-Train should get there as soon as it's possible.

Jazz fans LOVE AD they were the ones going after Miller for years to get his jersey retired.

They are biased against ABA players.

Seems like they're biased against players, period.

Every year it seems like there's one player and eight or nine coaches -- half of which are foreigners I've never heard of.

I'd really like to see the NBA break off and start its own hall.

English is already in the HOF. But it's disgraceful to leave out Artis Gilmore who in my opinion had a career that was in par with Patrick Ewing.

Yeah you guys are right, English is in there already. It just slipped my mine because I've always had the feeling that his career was a little underappreciated so I just made the assumption that he wasn't in.

Add Bernard King to that list. And, as somebody already pointed out, English is in.
