Does Lebron James Own David Stern and The NBA?

Post#1 » by Skriptz_Love » Mon Feb 18, 2008 4:31 am

ok
i kno i dont post that much on here, i just read what everyone else is saying. but i kno ill probably get bashed for this cause i know EVERYONE loves lebron. but after watching this entire weekend of all star festivities, this guy is cocky arrogant and received an undeserved mvp to the all star game.
from saturday...him pushing jamario moon away from daniel gibson and interrupting the interview....standing up running all over the place on friday//saturday.....it just bugs me
but this thread is really about the MVP
Ray Allen should have got it...he won the game for the east, simple, ok lebron had more highlights, but importance...ray allen saved and clinched the victory in MVP style OFF THE BENCH. but of course David Stern had to give ti to his step son and lebron got rays award.....alright im done

now feel free to bash my opinion and i will read from my computer
lol but honestly
did he deserve this award?

Any of Ray, Lebron or Paul could have taken the MVP. I personally would have given it to Ray, based on how he took over the 4th in a win for the East.

What does the MVP have to do with Stern? The fans voted, and they opened the voting so early that most hadn't seen Allen explode.

Both deserved it. Ray just a little bit more. The West was toying with the East for all but the 4th quarter and it showed and when the West got down to business it was Ray Allen that saved the East.

d12 would've won and the east would never have lost the lead possibly if they went back to feeding dwight the ball.

I don't know about the ASG, but Lebron definitely annoys me..it's also annoying that the media loves Lebron despite his arrogance and annoying attitude, while Kobe has always been crucified for a similar attitude(only considering their own style and attitude, not leadership/being a good teammate)..and this is coming from one of the top Kobe haters..

The fan voting is obviously fixed, Stern decides who wins the ASG MVP.

Ray Allen won the game but everybody is on Lebrons jock strap so they gave the award to him. Lebron's arrogance this weekend has been off the charts, he should be ashamed of himself. That Daniel Gibson interview was embarrasing and disrespectful.

Fan voting is a joke. Not because Lebron won the MVP or Dwight won the Slam Dunk, both were deserving. The joke is they found a new way to sucker people out of some money.

lebron assisted ray on alot of those 3s. lebron also had 8 rebs and 9 assists 2 blocks and a steal. he deserved it just as much as ray. oh yeah he also threw down that nasty dunk that put the game out of reach in the 4th. oh and one more thing he did it the whole game. no disrespect to ray he played great if lebron didnt get it ray should have but he didnt do as much overall as lebron plain and simple.

i dont know if you were watching the same game..but i never saw anyone ball hog as bad as lebron did..and the thing was..he was missing those shots..he was forcing it ala kobe..in a game that doesn't matter....the reason kobe was a ball hog is b/c his team sucks.
