Deepest Teams

Say who you think is the deepest team. The only rule is you can't mention the team you are a fan of.

My pick is the Suns believe it or not with Barbosa getting 20 off the bench and not to mention Diaw and Skinner.

LOL!!!! The Suns are the deepest team????????????? You'd have to be pretty cynical to even call them a deep team. I'd say the deepest team would be Detroit, but you can even make a case for my Jazz who lead the league in bench +/-. I'd say the deepest teams are the Pistons, Spurs, Jazz, and Lakers. The Blazers, Raptors, and surprisingly the Celtics are up there too though.

Edit: Did I miss sarcasm? ugh

Other than Barbosa and Diaw there is no one on the Phx bench that keeps up the intensity thier starters provide. The deepest team right now is the Lakers, followed by San Antonio when healthy.

Remember we can't vote for the Lakers since we are their fans. ;-)
Personally right now I would say... the Knicks! :-) Yes, they are poorly constructed and also their individual players leave much to be desired, but still they are the only team I can think of with 2-3 potential starters at every position; so technically they are the deepest, albeit on low level.

Lakers.

Everyone on their bench plays and contributes except for Coby Karl.

In theory, the Bulls are supposed to be strong at every position, I don't know what's wrong with them this year...

The Spurs, Pistons, Jazz, Lakers, and even the Celtics. I mean Powe and Glen Davis are studs.

Lakers, they will be deep at every position if Bynum and Ariza come back.

How are the Spurs deep? All of they're bench players are old. Horry, Barry, and heck Finley isn't that great of a bench player let alone starter.

When I think deep, the Lakers, Pistons, Spurs, Portland, and to an extent, Utah, Toronto and MAYBE Boston. All the other teams have at least one kind of glaring need.

Wizards.

Etan Thomas and Gilbert Arenas say some pretty deep stuff all the time.
