who are the best analysts for the NBA?..whether it is the analysts doing play by play for the national TV games, or in the studio..or the analysts for the local teams..who are the best? most knowledgeable/interesting to listen to..

Most knowledgeable - Doug Collins, Hubie Brown, Van Gundy
Interesting to listen to - Charles, Kenny, Ernie, Jon Barry
Favorite program - TNT

charles barkley trumps whatever problem you have with his knowledge because he is the most entertaining.

Van Gundy, Mike Fratello, and Marv Albert are one of the smartest. To listen, I would go with Kevin Harlan Doug Collins and/or Reggie Miller.

Hubie Brown is too senile to make sense. He tends to rant on for five minutes, then forget what he was ranting about.

I love Hubie Brown, but this season he hasn't been as good. But to me he's the most objective.

i also agree that van gundy is one of the best
