What does it take for this man to be fired?

The knicks are 16-37 this season.

The knicks are over the salary cap

http://hoopshype.com/salaries/new_york.htm

Isiah Thomas was involved in a sexual harrasment lawsuit

Isiah Thomas was accused of racism (he doesn't care about white season ticket holders)

The players on the team are infighting

Isiah won't be fired, it's too comical seeing all these fans getting their panties in a bunch over it.

Knicks will trade some of their players, will get a good lotto pick and hire a coach next season and will be fine.

I'd be more worried about Pat Riley's mess in Miami over what Isiah is doing in New York.

i actually think he is a gonner this summer. i think dolan is just trying to save a bit of face since the circus of NY has had a lot of attention this season. I think he is trying to just let the NY infacuation die down and then he will do something. BUT the other thing is Isiah is not going to quit so Dolan will owe him some change, part of me thinks they are trying to see who "caves" first. ....

Pretty hard to say considering complete and utter lack of vision sorrounding pretty much every move he has made.

If Dolan stills thinks he's worthy of keeping his job today, I don't see what would change that.

Maybe he would have to set out to make the worst trade possible like trading Lee and Balkman for a retired player.

The heat have a worse record, but they are far more talented than the knicks. wade/marion are the future + draft pick. the Knicks have no future players....none of em are franchise types.

i would love to hear fire isiah chants around every arena in the nba when the knicks play...hes just a disgrace.

Riley's mess isn't so bad anymore. Trading the worst contract in the league for an All-Star will helps things even if you do have to take back Marcus Banks.

I don't think the answer to the Knicks' problem will come overnight, especially when he's been callnig Crawford untouchable. Curry, Crawford, Q-Rich, Randolph and Jeffries all need the boot.

it'll take a felony conviction and jail time in order for him to be gone. i think it should be a felony for bringing starbury, hurry, and randolph together. something along the lines of defrauding the owner

Let's take that one step further--if anyone goes to a game (especially a nationally televised one), take a "Fire Isiah" sign with you. Start yelling "Fire Isiah" at ANY game you go to.

I'd do this, but I live in Iowa.

I'll take "losing to Philly by 50 points in the 4th quarter" for $400 Alex.

With the Knicks being the equivlant of the Bizarro World, I'd say winning a championship will get Isiah fired.
