Let's say a team decides to rebuild and gets rid of all their bad contracts for draft picks. They get three first rounders and one second rounder, along with their original lottery pick. The draft picks pan out, and three/four years down the road, they have won two titles with the group of players they drafted. They are extremely good players that are deserving of max contracts. Will the team be able to sign all of them to max deals?

If the owner is willing to be in luxury tax hell, then yes.

But there are only a few (if any) owners in the NBA who would potentially be willing to spend that much.
