NY is a mess and the other teams are in the west. Miami, no question.

memphis, minnesota and seattle aren't cracking the west top eight for a LONG time. miami makes the playoffs next season.

It's truly sad how bad the Knicks have been, they got to witness the Heat draft Wade, trade for Shaq, win the title 2 years ago, trade Shaq for Marion, and now tanking their way back to the number 1 pick to only vault them back into the playoffs next season.

In the East, any team.

In the West, tough.

Of your list? Miami

Of all teams not going to make the playoffs? Portland or Golden State

interesting. It's hard to argue with dwyane wade, as he is the best player in any of the teams but Minnesota probably has better talent at all 5 spots than miami.

I don't care if Minny gets 2 #1 picks in a row, they won't make the playoffs in the West within the next 2 years in the West.

MIA. They play in the East, have Marion / Wade and Pat Riley. After getting themselves a nice high draft pick, watch them enter the 2008-9 playoffs.
