players with low basketball IQs
I am going to list a couple here and please feel free to add them.
This is about low basketball IQ not IQ overall, and not about their ability to play (eg: Jason Collins is pretty useless on offense, but that's due to his low talent level than his basketball IQ)
Also, the player has to be playing in the league right now.
Here are some candidates:
Joey Graham: One of the dumbest player I have seen. He played in college for 4 years, has an amazing physique and very athletic. But he would make at least one play per game appearance where you want to smack him on the head.
Eddy Curry: He has been facing double teams for years now, and he still has no idea what to do. He is good at one thing (scoring in the low post), but he is useless in other facet of the game. And he has been in the league for a while now.
Stromile Swift: 10 million dollar talent, and a 5 cent brain. He often forgets what play he is on, thus the coach would have to yell out to remind him in the middle of the game.

basketball IQ has nothing to do with playing good games or bad games, basketball IQ is about playing the right way.

Must be true, if it's a rumor you read on Hoopshype.
