How can they forbid him from talking to the media?

And if he does, what punishment could they hand down? He's already basically kicked off the team.

AHAHAHAHA, This is so funny. Isiah shouldn't stop there, he should banned half of his half-ass roster, while at it he should ban himself for being the leader of this team, remember players follw thier leader!!!

Jesus I would kill Kerr if that ever happened. I know Marbs had his best years in Phoenix, but he's become a complete joke now.

Well im guessing that by banning him to talk to the media and if he does anyway that would be a violation of the Knicks media policy and the Knicks would have a case to not pay Marbury his remaining 20+ million he has on his contract for next season and be able to void his contract at least partially. Much like they did with Larry Brown.

I am speculating if thats really true and if it is I would like to no what the circumstances were, if it is true and Thomas really did say that he has absolutely no class or heart, to do that to isolate a home town kid like that and make him out to be the evil a$$hole and blame him for the lack of success the team has had since he came on board then what does that say about the guy that brought him here? Pathetic, the franchise that I have loved for years, my favorite place on the planet Madison Square Garden has now become a joke. I, like many other fans are, am speachless and really dont know what to do, I feel like something is honestly missing in my life with the joke that is now Knicks basketball.

I also recomend to the mods or the OP that the title be changed unless there is an actual quote of Thomas saying that to Marbury.

The blame shouldn't all fall on Marbury but he's been no angel either. The intereview earlier in the season where he seemed to be on drugs, the argument with IT about being benched, etc., etc.

S.M is a has been , he never was and he'll never be .

The only team that I think will be able to pick him up and control him is the Cs .

Well it's funny how Marbury's argument with IT about how he shouldn't be benched rings truer now than ever before.

If you've seen any of the Knicks other "point guards" they're a joke. At least with Marbury on the court there was some sort of offensive game plan.

Oh, I will rejoice when Isiah and Marbury are both banned from the Garden at the end of the year.

It was just a matter of time. Marbury & Thomas just couldn't work together on this level, and it's about time for them to part ways.

Isiah you suck! You can only keep the Anucha Sanders information under wraps for so long. And whose fault is it for the team you put together? YOU! I can't wait for Dolan to can his ass!
