This guy is truly incredible, he has barely played all season and has been buried on the bench but when yao goes down he comes in and hasnt missed a beat in like 5 years and is putting up ridiculous stats for his age..he did the same thing last year putting up ridiculous numbers, but no one thought hed do it again...

tonight hes got

Reb 13
Blks 4
Pts 4

though 3 qtrs

and the game before he had 4 blks, 6 rebs, and 4 pts

he really is forever young...and this is his last year...go mt. mutombo!

I know he's gonna stay with the Rockets and he's 42 years old but I'd trade Curry for him any day of the week. I'd take 1 year of Mutombo kicking ass over Curry's "potential" to be good.

I always appreciated Deke when he was here in NY. Too bad Isiah never appreciated him.

Mutombo can't retire, that's crazy talk. I won't hear of it.

I agree, I really wanted the Celtics to pick him up over the offseason. He was one of the league leaders in WP48 last year.

Isn't his true age somewhat of a mystery?

There are plenty of great centers playing right now. Yao, Dwight Howard, and Camby. Bynum could get there, as well as Amare and Duncan if you want to count them. Ilgauskas, Bogut, Kaman, Horford, Chandler, and Haywood are all good. Center isn't really an especially weak position right now.

Ya but hes talking hall of fame. Only Duncan is for sure in the hall, but other than him only dwight and MAYBE Bynum have a chance. Yes i said MAYBE Bynum. Yao is too injury prone and the other guys aren't hall of fame material.
