Patterson would help the Mavs more than Lue, IMO.
If the Mavs wanted a sub 6'0" PG who can shoot but can't defend and can warm the bench....well, we have Barea. What do we need Lue for?

Mavs need a backup point and Lue is a good backup.

Lue has one of the prettiest 3pt shots in the league and is a decent shooter from everywhere. That's about it. I think he would have been good in Denver, still helps Dallas.

Not sure why the Dallas Mavericks didn't sign one of the many available all-star point guards in free agency. That's weird.

Lue is by far the ugliest and worst basketball player I have ever seen in the NBA... Someone should let him know the NBA isnt And1 on steroids
